We are an artisan pop up Pizza restaurant. All our pizzas are cooked in a wood fired forno, which is mounted in a beautiful vintage horse box. We studied the art of pizza making in Southern Italy, amongst the ancient olive trees who gave up their secret of using the finest sun kissed ingredients. We always try to use local ingredients which we prepare with love and reverence. The handmade traditional pizza ovens, also known as a forno, gets up to temperatures of 400 degrees and cooks a thin crust pizza in 90 seconds.


We can be booked to appear at your event throughout the country.We are based in the South West for the summer, before returning to our home in Italy to harvest our olives. Bringing our own extra virgin olive oil, for next seasons pizzas.
With the rise in street food culture we are in demand for village fetes, festivals, sporting events, shows, and more and more weddings.
Our pizzas are  traditional Neapolitan thin crust. The toppings can be made new and funky or old school classics, it’s up to you.
The horsebox, we call Gina Maria, is a beautiful lady who like an Italian movie star has aged very well and still stands out in a crowd. La Bella Donna.
